"With roots in the region" An article in the "AHGZ"
Saturday, February 18, 2017, the "AHGZ" a well-known hotel trade journal published an article with the theme “Pearl Hotels " about the "Klosterhof Gutenzell". Regional and sustainable - these are the factors of success in the Klosterhof in Gutenzell.
This is how Siegfried Sax, owner of the 3-star hotel, located in the middle of the province of Oberschwaben between Biberach, Memmingen and Ulm, describes it. The chef and his wife Christine have been running the business since 1995 in the community of Gutenzell-Hürbel with 1800 inhabitants.

We were, of course, delighted to receive this award. It affirms our commitment as hosts with hearts. It also shows that sincere hospitality and first-class service for the benefit of the guests is appealing and rewarded, and that the gastronomy and hotel businesses enjoy a high status in Germany, when operated with affection and authenticity.
Through such recognition, the work is even more fun, gives the impetus and motivation for further challenges. We are very thankful for that.
